The 14th annual Women in Travel & Hospitality Conference, presented by TIEWN, will take place on October 21, 2026, at the Westlake Village Inn in Westlake Village, California.

Under the theme “The Looking Glass,” the conference will explore women’s leadership, professional identity and the decisions behind building businesses and careers. Discussions will connect the public responsibilities of ownership and leadership with personal experiences of uncertainty, ambition and change.

The programme includes sessions on entrepreneurship, content creation, leadership in the travel industry and regenerative farming. A networking lunch and an evening reception will provide opportunities for participants to exchange experiences and establish professional connections.

Scheduled speakers include Ariela Kiradjian of BLLA, Claudia Vecchio, President and CEO of Sonoma County Tourism, Esra Calvert, Founder and Chief Insights Officer of Esra Calvert Consulting, and Sarah Dandashy, Founder of Ask A Concierge.

The gathering is intended for women across travel, tourism, hospitality, technology and lifestyle businesses. It follows BLLA’s Boutique Hotel Owners Conference on October 19–20, also at Westlake Village Inn, allowing delegates to attend consecutive industry events. Tickets for the two conferences are available through their respective registration links.

Further programme details and registration are available on the official conference webpage.
