Xanadu Makadi Bay named among TopHotels’ “TOP 100” hotels for 2025

Xanadu Makadi Bay, located in Egypt’s Hurghada region, has been named among the top 100 resort hotels in TopHotels’ 2025 rankings. Xanadu Hotels stated that the recognition was based on reviews submitted by international guests.

Xanadu Makadi Bay, part of the Xanadu Hotels portfolio, has received the “TOP 100 Best Resort Hotels 2025” award from TopHotels. According to Xanadu Hotels, the award reflects the property’s “High Class” service concept and its efforts to enhance the guest experience.

The Xanadu Makadi Bay page on TopHotels also features an announcement confirming that the property was included among the year’s top 100 hotels. The platform lists 54 guest reviews of the hotel for 2025.

Xanadu Resort focuses on the meetings and events market

The group’s Xanadu Resort in Belek, Antalya, offers facilities designed for meetings, congresses and corporate events. Its event infrastructure comprises the Kubilaykhan conference hall, which can be divided into three sections, nine smaller meeting rooms, a cinema hall and press centres.

The main conference area covers 1,112 square metres and can accommodate up to 900 people in theatre-style seating or 1,500 guests in a cocktail arrangement. Secretarial and simultaneous interpretation services are also available upon request. The Xanadu Resort meeting centre combines corporate event facilities with accommodation and food and beverage services.

Bodrum property offers 222 rooms

Xanadu Island, the group’s property in Bodrum, is located on a private peninsula in Akyarlar, surrounded by the Aegean Sea. The hotel occupies an area of 55,000 square metres and has 222 rooms, with all its suites and villas offering sea views.

Located approximately 30 minutes from Bodrum city centre, the property offers private beaches as well as dining, spa and leisure facilities.

Xanadu Hotels operates three properties in Türkiye and Egypt: Xanadu Resort in Belek, Xanadu Island in Bodrum and Xanadu Makadi Bay in Hurghada.
