Final International University will bring together gastronomy students and participants interested in culinary arts for a panel on Tuesday, 20 October 2026. The event will take place in the Grand Ballroom at Acapulco Hotel from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Organised jointly by the university’s Ünal Çağıner School of Tourism and Culinary Arts, Final Career Centre and Acapulco Hotel, the panel aims to raise awareness of gastronomy and encourage discussion about the future of the food sector.

Held to mark International Chefs Day and World Food Day, the event will highlight the connections between gastronomy, cultural heritage, sustainability, food awareness and professional development. It will also seek to broaden students’ understanding of the industry and strengthen their awareness of professional practices and career opportunities.

The initiative brings together the school’s academic expertise and Acapulco Hotel’s experience in tourism and hospitality. Through this university–industry collaboration, students will have opportunities to connect their studies with perspectives from professional practice.

Final Career Centre will support the event’s emphasis on career development and connections between students and industry professionals.
