The conference seeks to provide an international platform for presenting cutting-edge research, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and addressing contemporary challenges facing the tourism and hospitality sectors. Organizers note that the event will feature academic paper presentations, panel discussions, networking sessions and opportunities for collaboration among researchers and industry stakeholders.
The scientific program will cover a broad range of themes, including:
- Cultural Tourism and Sustainable Development
- Hospitality and Culture

A distinguished group of keynote speakers and panelists has been announced for the conference, including Prof. Ali Faizan, Prof. Fevzi Okumus, Prof. Jiaying Lyu, and Dr. Kiran Shinde, all recognized internationally for their contributions to tourism, hospitality and cultural studies.
According to the organizers, ICCTH maintains rigorous academic standards through a double-blind peer-review process. The review system is supported by a Scientific and Paper Review Committee comprising more than 60 scholars representing 54 universities across 28 countries, ensuring international academic quality and diversity.
The conference also offers publication opportunities for participants. Authors submitting full papers may choose to publish their work in Advances in International Culture, Tourism, and Hospitality, to be published by Atlantis Press. In addition, papers selected as Best Papers will be eligible for fast-track consideration by supporting academic journals, subject to each journal’s standard peer-review procedures.
ICCTH 2026 is jointly organized by Virscend University (USA), Hangzhou City University (China) and the Academy of Macau International Tourism Leisure Studies (Macau), with sponsorship from Srinakharinwirot University (Thailand). The international collaboration reflects the conference’s commitment to promoting global dialogue and knowledge exchange across cultures and disciplines.
