The 13th International Conference on Hospitality and Tourism Management (ICOHT 2027) will take place on 30–31 July 2027 at Asia Pacific University of Technology & Innovation (APU), Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with online participation also available. Organised by The International Institute of Knowledge Management (TIIKM), the conference will bring together researchers, educators, policymakers, and tourism and hospitality professionals.

Under the theme “Tourism at the Crossroads: Balancing Growth, Resilience, and Responsibility,” the conference invites research examining how tourism and hospitality can respond to environmental, technological, and social change. Topics include regenerative tourism, cultural heritage, wellness travel, digital hospitality, inclusive governance, and workforce development. Original research, conceptual contributions, literature reviews, case studies, and insights from professional practice are welcome.

Authors should submit an abstract of 175–275 words, written as a single paragraph without headings, through the conference’s online submission system. Abstracts should explain the research objectives, methods, findings, and significance. Applicants must also provide keywords and a presenting-author biography of 50–150 words, selecting their preferred oral or poster presentation format.

Publication options include an abstract book, peer-reviewed conference proceedings, and opportunities to submit manuscripts to journals. Full papers submitted for the proceedings undergo double-blind review; journal publication depends on the relevant journal’s assessment and is not guaranteed.
