Republic Polytechnic’s School of Hospitality in Singapore is seeking experienced industry practitioners to teach on its Diploma in Events & Project Management as part-time Associate Lecturers.

Applicants should hold a relevant tertiary qualification in events management, hospitality, tourism, business, marketing, communications, project management or a related discipline. At least five years of relevant industry experience is required, with current or recent professional practice considered advantageous.

Relevant expertise includes conference and exhibition management, event production, experience design, sponsorship, event marketing, sustainability, data analytics and digital transformation. Experience applying artificial intelligence and digital technologies in professional settings is particularly valued.

Lecturers will deliver lessons and workshops for pre-employment and continuing education learners, support assessment activities and contribute industry insights to curriculum reviews. Strong communication skills and the ability to connect theory with professional practice are preferred.

Teaching assignments may involve weekday, evening or weekend classes, depending on programme requirements.
