The 11th International Conference of Sport for Development and Peace (ICSDP 2026) will take place on 24–25 November 2026, combining an on-site international seminar in Bandung, Indonesia, with online parallel sessions. Abstract submissions are open until 9 November 2026.

Organised by the Sport Education Study Program, School of Postgraduate Studies, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI), the conference will explore the theme “Sport and Physical Education for Equity and Social Cohesion: Human-Centred, Inclusive, and Intelligent Practices.”

The international seminar on 24 November will be held at the School of Postgraduate Studies auditorium in Bandung. Parallel presentations on 25 November will take place through Zoom, with session details provided to registered participants.

The programme features Professor Tim Fletcher of Brock University, Canada; Associate Professor Zarizi Ab Rahman of Universiti Teknologi MARA, Malaysia; and Professor Emeritus Rusli Lutan and Professor Bambang Abduljabar of UPI.

Conference discussions will address inclusive sport, adapted physical activity, social cohesion, meaningful physical education, coaching, athlete development, sport policy, and teacher education. Other topics include intelligent technologies, data analytics, health, and physical activity.

Accepted full papers will be published in the conference proceedings following review. Selected contributions may be recommended for submission to SINTA-accredited national journals or Scopus-indexed international journals. Journal acceptance remains subject to independent review, and any publication charges are additional to the conference registration fee.
